Project Overview
Al Mandoos Groups successfully delivered a custom-designed Security Cabin with integrated washroom facility, along with a septic tank and overhead water tank system, at JAFZA, Dubai for DP World under Refine Tek.
The unit was engineered as a fully self-contained security solution, eliminating the need for external plumbing connections. The design incorporated a dedicated security cabin area and a separate toilet section, ensuring both operational efficiency and staff comfort.
As per the approved drawing, the cabin featured a compact yet optimized layout, including:
Security monitoring space
Attached toilet facility
Sliding and arched windows for ventilation and visibility
Insulated wall and roof panels for thermal protection
The system was further enhanced with:
Overhead water tank for continuous water supply
Underground septic tank for waste management
Complete plumbing and drainage network
Electrical works included installation of lighting fixtures, switches, power sockets, and provision for split air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable working environment even under extreme UAE weather conditions.
All fabrication, MEP works, transportation, installation, and final commissioning were executed in compliance with JAFZA regulations and DP World standards, ensuring durability, safety, and long-term functionality.
