Project Overview
Al Mandoos Groups successfully completed the fabrication and installation of a Prefabricated Portable Toilet with Tanks (Single Cabin) at Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, UAE, for Al Safa Road Contracting – DP World Aluminum Yard.
The cabin is designed for practicality, durability, and user comfort, measuring 1.3m (L) × 1.3m (W) × 3.0m (H). It features 50mm Polyurethane Insulated Aluminum Sandwich Panels for the walls, roof, and door, with a RAL 9002 color finish. The flooring is built with 18mm Waterproof Marine Plywood covered by Aluminum Chequered Plates and includes a drain hole for easy cleaning and drainage.
To ensure self-sufficiency, the unit is equipped with 150 US Gallon built-in steel water and waste tanks. The interior includes a European-style W/C with flush tank, shattaf, washbasin with water tap, LED lighting, exhaust fan, and waterproof electrical fittings, all supported by PPR piping for reliable water supply and an air vent pipe for ventilation.
