Project Overview
Al Mandoos Groups successfully executed the installation of a complete Power Socket, Lighting, and HVAC system for the Portable Site Office of The Oasis Development (Phase 1A, 1B, 1E) located in Dubai, UAE. The project was undertaken for Desert Oasis Contracting L.L.C., ensuring full electrical and air conditioning functionality tailored to the client’s operational requirements.
The installation included distribution of 3G and 2G power sockets (13A & 16A) across multiple workstation areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms, along with floor boxes equipped with power and data ports to support office equipment and IT setups. A comprehensive lighting layout was implemented featuring LED tube lights and exhaust fans for optimal illumination and ventilation.
The HVAC system consisted of 1.5-ton and 2.0-ton split air conditioning units installed across the site office to maintain a comfortable indoor climate. All electrical wiring, conduit, and connection work were carried out according to approved shop drawings and safety standards.
