Al Mandoos Groups successfully completed the fabrication and installation of a 4 x 7 meter structural sign board, executed as per approved project drawings and structural specifications. The sign board was designed to ensure maximum visibility, durability, and structural integrity for outdoor installation.
The structure was fabricated using MS steel pipes (4” main frame with 3” and 2” pipe supports), reinforced with back bracing to enhance wind resistance and long-term stability. A 16mm thick base plate with L16 anchor bolts was utilized to ensure secure foundation fixing and load-bearing performance.
The installation process included structural fabrication, welding, surface preparation, white roller paint finishing, transportation to site, foundation alignment, anchoring, and final positioning. All works were carried out in compliance with structural safety standards and site regulations.
