Al Mandoos Groups proudly collaborated with Mazari Contracting to deliver a custom-designed Portable Office Cabin at the exclusive Rixos Hotels & Resorts project site on Dubai Island. The goal was to provide a fully equipped, comfortable, and modular office space to support onsite project management and coordination during construction activities.
Crafted with high-quality materials and a focus on functionality, the cabin featured dedicated spaces such as a dining/meeting room, storage area, and integrated air conditioning systems to ensure a productive and comfortable environment for site personnel.
Scope of Work:
Design, fabrication, and delivery of a fully functional portable office cabin.
Integration of meeting/dining area, storage room, and essential utilities.
Installation of aluminium doors, sliding windows, and ventilation systems.
Fitting of kitchen sink and exhaust fan for added utility and convenience.
Electrical setup including split AC units for climate control.
